I don't really have anything entertaining or insightful to say today. It's Monday...so I'll blame it on that. I did go to the gym, so that's twice in two days. Go me!

Breakfast: cereal bar - 160 calories
Lunch: leftover poppyseed chicken (400 calories), apple (60 calories), 100 calorie cake
Dinner: ziti with tomato-basil marinara and asiago cheese sauce (500 calories)
Dessert: ice cream - 130 calories
Total for the day: 1350 calories
