So I made it through a whole day of work! yay! I even went to the gym and to ladies' workout at my church afterward. I'm still congested, and my sinuses still hurt really badly, but I'm declaring myself all better. Hopefully, I will be.
Other than that, my day has been busy, but fairly uneventful. I didn't eat dinner till nine because of all the working out I did.
My menu:
Breakfast: cereal bar - 160 calories
Lunch: leftover lasagna - 460 calories
Snack: fruit cup - 100 calories
Dinner: Chickfila grilled sandwich (290 calories), bowl of soup (220 calories)
Dessert: ice cream - 110 calories
Total for the day: 1240 calories - and two workouts! Go me!
